Improvisation for Speech and Theater looks at three ways one may use improvisation.  The first is in their life.  The second and longest section is for the theater.  This section gives step by step exercises leading up to doing a show.  The third section address using improvisation for public speaking.  This book contains much of the philosophy of famed improv. teacher Josephine Forsberg who is now deceased.
