Marigold

Marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) is grown through the world. Genotype-environment interactions pose a major problem in developing new cultivars and choosing suitable cultivars for specific location, making it difficult to identify the most desirable genotype. Identification of high yielding and stable varieties will also help for successful commercial cultivation. This book deals with study of promising marigold genotypes with respect to their stability for growth, flowering, yield and quality parameters across the different environments.
