Successful accomplishment of this study was a result of exhaustive efforts, thoughtful discussions, critical reviews of literature and the systematic methodologies in administering the tests. Findings of the study not only provides a better method for the fat assessment but also help in understanding the various methods which can also be adopted for the fat assessment. This may also help the researchers in conducting further studies in this area.
