Human Geography

Meet Earth, the planet we call home! Earth is here to introduce readers to geography and the ways in which humans shape the planet we live on. Students will journey all the way back to early human history as they learn about our relationship with the planet. They'll learn about how we've modified the environment to create energy and get around by building dams, roads, trains, and homes. Readers will also think about how we can minimize our negative impact on the world around us.
