Maritime Law

This book brings together in a single work, all the author's research and articles, which have been published in 2021, in the most prestigious journals of Maritime Law and legal sciences in Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, India and Chile. All the works are related to Shipping Law and Marine Insurance Law. Finally, he includes, in an unpublished form, his postgraduate thesis in Maritime Law, which was approved with the highest distinction at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile.
