Craniofacial Muscles

This book is a compilation of the craniofacial muscles, their embryogenesis and morphogenesis. The detailed anatomy of the craniofacial muscles and their role in the growth and development of the craniofacial complex. The role of the masticatory muscles in different facial types also has been a debate for long i.e. genetics versus function and an elaborate discussion with evidence-based data has been included in this book. Muscles have shown to play a very active growth in the formation, shape and extent of growth of the bones of the craniofacial complex.
