Gilbert Multiplier Cell

This book deals with the realization process of logic gates using analog techniques. Power series expressions of logic gates are implemented using adders, subtractors and multipliers. Various four-quadrant analog multipliers can be used for multiplication of signals. Here Bipolar Gilbert multiplier cell and MOS version of Gilbert multiplier cell are used to realize the logic functions. MOS analog multiplier is a useful sub-circuit in Integrated VLSI system. A four quadrant analog multiplier is a very useful building block in many circuits such as adaptive filters, frequency doublers and modulators. These circuits require low supply voltages and low power consumption.
