This sixth of 6 books introduces what to do with data that not follow any sort of typical distribution, using various non-parametric tests such as the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Kruskal Wallis H Test. It then goes on to explain how to create and use Control Charts and Pareto Charts and how to use them to understand if a process is out of control or not.
