Leadership Competencies

In course of this book, the effort is to collect upon the components / competencies which account generically for the leadership domain. To serve the purpose, first I had to develop an understanding of competencies, a graze onto leadership schools of thought and then finally onto the frameworks and models of leadership competencies in practice. The resultant inventory was aimed to be led by exploration of the literature on leadership, its competencies and the actual practice. An effort has been carried out to suggest an inventory for leadership domain, in regard to competencies.
