Going for Gold Intermediate Coursebook

Going for Gold is a two level course designed to develop students' language skills and provide an introduction to the requirements of the Cambridge First Certificate Examination. It is also suitable for students wishing to sit the Cambridge Certificate in English Language Skills (CELS).

The intermediate level provides 'enjoyable and contemporary topics, thorough language and skills training, and motivating practice activities' in addition to a graded introduction to Cambridge exam style tasks, regular opportunities for reviewing and testing and a 'supportive writing reference section including review of sub-skills, model answers and useful language'.

The language maximiser contains grammar and vocabulary consolidation and extension and extra skills practice to complement the coursebook.
