New Orleans detective Rick Bentz first spots his wife Jennifer when he's recovering from a life-threatening accident. But Jennifer has been dead for twelve long years, and Bentz identified her body himself. Terrified he is losing his mind, he follows the the trail of the mystery woman to Los Angeles - and walks straight into a killer's web.
