It seems that the issue of developing education and making it keeping pace with the spirit of the times and its challenges has always been present in the minds and minds of Egypt intellectuals and its thinkers for decades; The expanded conferences that included major education men and intellectual elites were held, and foreign teaching experts brought to participate in developing appropriate plans and transfer the experiences of their successful countries and made them a reality on the land of Egypt, but it seems that the great thinker Ismail Mazhar had another opinion on this issue; He sees that good education is the one that is linked to the culture of the people of the country, and creates independent individuals in opinion, creation and thought aware of the problems of their country, and of course it does not touch local problems except the people of the country that is aware of its reefs, who can develop an educational policy related to the country''s culture and privacy that dismantled the shackles of dependency on the West.
