Flexible Fare

Flexible Fare is a cookbook that shows how a recipe can be varied to suit different tastes and available ingredients. Each recipe has at least two variations: an addition, a substitution or an ingredient omitted. By changing one or two items in a recipe, you can create your own signature dishes. But don't be limited by the variations listed. Once you see how easily variations can be made, you can add, change or omit other ingredients to your taste.
