Introduction to Lanthanum based Nanoparticles & their Characterization

This book provides a detailed insight on introduction of nanoparticles exhibiting unique chemical and physical properties compared to those of their bulk materials. There were several methods for preparing nano materials. Among wet chemical routes, the combustion technique could produce the nano scale powders of silicates (La10Si6O27) at a low temperature in a less time. Characterizations techniques of nanoparticles using XRD, SEM, FTIR, TEM, EDAX, DRS, Photoluminescence, Photocatalytic, Electrochemical Studies and characterizations techniques for nanoparticles were also discussed.
