Die Probleme der Büro- und Verwaltungsorganisation sind international. Deshalb ist das Buch soweit wie möglich mehrsprachig gehalten. Das Lesen (und Übersetzen) ist ein Zeitproblem. Deshalb wird zu jeder Abhandlung eine Kurzfassung gegeben, die in vier Sprachen übersetzt ist. Zwischen Hauptartikel und Kurzfassung sind graphische Darstellungen eingeschaltet, auf die in allen Texten Bezug genommen wird.
