Is it good to allow Physics to remain «arithmetized» and not know what it is doing when operating with magnitudes? Is it correct for physicists to talk about multiplication like kg×m or divisions like kg/s without knowing what these operations consist of? Is it acceptable for the International System of Units to use entities as the inverse of a second 1/s, even though these elements do not exist?
