In this book, we have revealed a novel type of Schmitt trigger circuit which illustrates some noteworthy result. We have realized the Schmitt trigger circuit by the use of FinFET. The Schmitt trigger circuit is very noteworthy in producing a clean pulse from the input signal comprising of noise.
