Watershed Management

Before doing this study, I was having a perception that poor and village people doesn't know anything about management but after entering into the villages my perception has changed. This is a story of community participation and better government initiatives that leads to the positive changes in the lives of villagers and how it made a way for the overall development of the community. The development works are now happening with high technology in the study area and villagers are taking care of everything. Shelf Help Groups (SHGs) are the monitoring unit for every work and it is also a decision making unit at grassroots level. Ever person is master in his/her field, if we can utilize their talent, anything can be possible. The work is dedicated to those poor people and their courage for having a bright future for their coming generations.
