'Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep' is a beautiful and moving poem, intended to be a lasting memorial for all who are mourning a loved one. The author is unknown yet it gained national renown when it was read on the Bookworm TV programme on Remembrance Sunday by the father of a soldier, years after he was killed in Northern Ireland.
